To use the front door as the main entrance rather then using ranch sliders – a dramatic impact upon entry to the house with the kitchen

Create a modern theme to bring the house up to date

To be able to have a minimum of 2 chef’s working at the same time

Needed storage areas to be well organised and to include a computer station.
