Payment Process
At Fineline, we have created a unique way to be able to offer our customers the best service with no risk.
Instead of the usual (designer site visit and an initial design created, leading to you being asked to make a deposit toward a kitchen order), we have introduced an interim step we call aligning.
Our designer will firstly sit with you in our showroom and give you a price range that a suitable kitchen would fall in.
Once your designer has completed a site visit and initial measure, they will go away and draft some concept drawings. The drawings are freehand which allows the designer unlimited freedom and imagination.
You will be presented these concepts along with a ballpark proposal, and from there, you decide whether you'd like to move forward with a full design or not.
If you like the sound of that, then we ask for a refundable goodwill bond and the designer will go ahead and do a full detailed custom design.
At the end of the process, you get to choose whether to move forward to an order, purchase the design by itself or if for any reason you are not happy, get a full refund.
This enables a much more detailed and customised process because we've eliminated spending time on unproductive areas.
At each stage of the full process, progress payments are made in line with the type of work being done, and at payment stage, legal ownership is transferred to you - which means you never pay for more than you receive.
